CIISOC presents an ICT approach for the development and stands out in ALAIC 2010A significant reception had the presentation of CIISOC during the X version of the ALAIC Congress carried out at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá, Colombia, when CIISOC presented its work proposal to communities by means of the sensible use of the new technologies.
